What is the name of your state? michigan

under the benefits/company paid vacation i was wondering if i should get my vacation days after my 1 year anniversary or if that is when it starts to accrue.it states
The company grants full-time employees paid vacation time after 1 year of continuous employment. You will accrue .83 day per month, which equals 10 days per year. after 5 years of continuous employment, you will accrue 1.25 days per month, which equals 15 days per year.

Is there anyone at the company that has been there just over a year? Ask that person. Or, the person who has been there just over 2 years.

The answer to your question is that this is not addressed by law. It's entirely up to your company policy.
