What is the name of your state? Florida
I have sent the validation letter. The first reply I got asked for additional information sepcifying my dispute and also stated that copies of my statements had been ordered. About a week later I received duplicates of my statements for the last year. Since duplicate statements are not the validation that I asked for what is my next step?
