In Missouri, at an Auto repair facility 12 cars windows were broken. The shop says they are not liable for damages. I have an older car with just Liabilty. Cost to repair is $200. The lot is not secured by a fence. Nothing was taken from the cars.

Take them to small claims court -- I don't know if they are liable and let the judge tell you, or settle it.
