What is the name of your state? FL
I sold a motorcycle on e-bay and the buyer has paid for it but has not made arrangements on having it shipped. I live in Florida and the buyer lives in California. It has been going on two months since the motorcycle listing ending on e-bay. We have called the seller several times and he just tells us that he is waiting for a shipping date and he will call us. That has happened on at least 3 seperate calls. The bike is in our garage, we still have the title but we sent a bill of sale for the buyer to sign and return, which he has not done. Can we consider the bike as abandened? We do not know why the buyer does not arrange shipping, he has told us that he wants the bike, but he continues to lie to us also. Is there anything we can do to persuade him to arrange for the shipping? Also, are we able to charge him storage since we are responsible for the bike while it is in our garage? Also, I would have to pay e-bay again to re list the bike if they buyer decides not to follow through with the purchase.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes it is hard to schedule a shipper for autos, and I assume a motorcycle must be shipped the same way. Right now, getting a truck from FL to CA is not easy...especially if he or you is away from a main highway. Ask him for the name(s) of shipper(s) he is trying to work with.
