I purchased a car from a dealer approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago. Now I get a call from them to sign another form. When I visited them to sign said form, they told me that my trade-in may not be worth what they gave me for it due to having a "salvage title" (whatever that is). Now they are asking for more money depending on what they now decide the trade-in is worth. All of the financing is done and I cant see on the contract that they can change the amount of value on my trade-in written anywhere. Is this legal and do I have to give them more money? I live in denver, co.
