What is the name of your state? MA

We purchased a 1999 Dodge Caravan on Aug. 23, 2002. At the time of the purchase we informed the salesperson that the vehicle idled rough. the dealer drove it around the block and agreed there was a problem. We thought it was because the vehicle had sat on the lot for awhile. We took the vehicle home, added some fuel injector cleaner and it seemed to get better. Then last week, after only driving it about 1000 miles, the check engine light came on. We brought the vehicle back to the dealer and they found the fuel injectors and rails to be rusted. They refuse to repair the vehicle saying we contaminated the gas.
the dealership told us to call our insurance company to have them pay for the repair - the insurance company has informed us that it is a warranty issue.....
my vehicle is still sitting in the dealership garage - awaiting to be fixed- I feel as though if i go and pick it up - it will automatically become my problem and the dealership will wash their hands of the situation -
this vehicle is under warranty until november 23, 2002

Please can someone advise me on this situation
