I live in Massachusetts, Credit Union is in Virginia.

Since mid-May I have called my Financial Institution several times about getting a copy of my vehicle title to another Financial Institution in order to refinance my loan and so I would have a more direct contact with this company. I have been in contact with the Credit Union in Virginia and every time I call they tell me they have to locate my Title, saying that the loan is in transit of being accepted. They have had my loan/title for about 18 months now.

Also, when I had first got the loan the APR was at 9.9% around April the APR rose to 16.0%, I called them up and they said the APR is at that rate during the process of being approved. Here it is mid-July and still no copy of title and same excuses every time I call.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.
