I own a vending machine located in an apartment complex in the Atlanta area. I have no insurance, I don't pay the location but recently experienced a break-in. There are signs stating security cameras are in use, but there are none. There is also a lock on the door leading to the machine which is dead bolted at night and requires a security code to access during the day. The door does not close properly during the day, leaving the room open to anyone. Can I pursue a claim against the apartment to collect on some of the damages done to the machine?
