What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

A local business damaged my van beyond repair and accepted fault. The manager made arrangements for a rental van that included optional insurance coverage. I provided the credit card and signed the rental agreement. Now, their insurance company says optional insurance is not covered and the manager can't recall if he arranged for it or not. The clerks at the rental office clearly remember. Can I get my $700 back?

Maybe, if the manager won't just give it back to you, you will have to sue in small claims court, hopefully the clerks will be willing to testify on your behalf.
