My daughter was injured at school (in class) by another student. The student pushed my daughter and accidently injured her. I received a verbal agreement from both the student and his mother that we would be reimbursed for the doctors fee. Is this contract binding?

Thanks

My response:

Sure. But, your only problem is proving it, should push come to shove.

Get it in writing.
