verification and validation

What is the name of your state? new jersey
I am in the process of filing BK for credit card debts.
I have received 30 day verification letters. I'm not sure if it would help to ask for verification, and validation because there may be objections from creditors on my BK.
I already have one law suit for a judgment, and there may be others before I can file BK. Would validation prevent law suits ?

Not if they can validate. It'll probably delay a lawsuit.

If I ask for validation, will they use that information to file an objection when my petition is filed ?
I'm trying to decide if there are advantages to verification or validation, or whether to ignore these, and go ahead with the BK filing.
