1. Concrete at the drive way is chipping off on a brand new legal 3 family house in Guttenberg, NJ.

2. Property was purchased last year June. Hence less than an year.

3. The seller disputes that it is because of Salt sprayed during snow fall this year.

4. Buyer (ME) argues that salt was used at another section of the property but no damages are seen.

5. Buyer (ME) also agrues that concrete is of cheap quality and is clearly visible when compared to the rest of the concrete.

6. Buyer(ME) also agrues that concrete used for other adjustsent 2 building built by seller at the same time is different
