Hi, sorry that this is kind of a sticky one at some length.
He's 35, she's 32, they meet, fall in love, together a few months.
She adopts her sister's grandson, 3yrs old, the couple marries after five months, happy bliss.
In a few months, he's learning that his new wife waxes and wanes with very long and enduring bi-Polar, manic depression, running between long spells of deep depression and enduring neurotic mania, with Schitzonphrenia.
He learns she has had long term bouts with this condition, discolsed biological incest at her age of 6, father jailed, new step father picked up in kind, causes this bizzar illness to endure life long, biomedical changes in brain chemistry, associated with ordeal of repressed memories, the whole thing.
She does not report her medical status at the adoption review, FIA takes filing at face value, judge awards adoption of little boy.
He is 6th husband among many other relationships, all ending in violence at the front of her condition, PPO's by her on her men, historically on all of them, chains, handcuffs, off to the hospital she goes many times in many years.
Child endangerment, neglect, alcohol abuse, abandonment all unravel at three years now into the marriage. She forces husband out of home, by giving refuge to 4 male strangers, child suffering, all 4 strangers are ill repute, father is a Christian man with good morals, wife is fallen away.
She trumps horrendouse charges of PPO on him, Child Protection Services is notified, ppo is pending motion to terminate, but under different Judge than the adoption, which the husband was present at, but not a party to.
Filing for Change of Judge is prepared for filing, but has only third party teeth for non custodial father with no parental rights. (she offered and then renigged).
This six year old boy is now bounced from relative to relative, while CPS comes under attack of premature removals of children from homes. Little boy just want's to be loved by both parents. Mother has dissobeyed CPS for child exposure to strangers, father files summary judgement for forced eviction.
Husband is willing to endure if medical analysis can again be instituted after 3 hospitalizations, last two years. Disease, will degrade statisticaly, for 5-7 years yet prognosis, before leveling off.
He want's to adopt his son for real. Godparents are assisting with legal efforts, attorney trying to come on line to take over Pro Per rushed responses and efforts.
What can he do? Medical incopetency? Removal of Custody? Grand Parents by her mom, allowed daughters to endure incest, and now want guardianship of 6 year old boy? OMG, where does this end?
What possible remedy does this man have, if not to change the judge back to the prior court and hope to show the judge the truth? And then? What becomes of the little boy, if not just to get mom committed and treated to reconcile the marriage?
Any ideas, would be painfully appreciated.
