What is the name of your state?KY

I was in a 401K plan with a large company, but my division was sold before I became vested. My contributions are fine, but I have been instructed that the company's matching funds have been forfeited. Do I have any recourse?

There were no vested funds. You were not vested up to 5 years and 100% vested after 5 years. I had been there almost 4 years when the division was sold.
