What is the name of your state? California:

Administrative (VA Administrative Procedure) help is needed to wrap-up a medical complaint now in appeal. The injury occured in 2003 but in 2006 I underwent surgery directly related to the incidant which occuered as an out patient at the Veterans Hospital in San Diego.

An incomplete initial filing was the reason for denial. In these years my "Service Officers" have changed numerous times. Each time my appeal becoming more obscere and falling through administrative cracks.

Are there lawyers or an organization to take my case through the Veterans Administration? An enormous amount of money and benefits are at stake. Such importance that if successful, I insist to give a portion each month for life, set by the atterney.

The injury is not disputed. Connecting that injury with the need surgery is the only issue. Please help or refer my request.

Thank You,
Merrill
