I am a resident of the state of Connecticut. Best I can tell, upon researching it, is that there is no state law criminalizing the possession of a NON-controlled substance like Viagra or Cialis without a script. Several states lack laws making it illegal to have non-controlled substances. Does anyone know if I'm missing anything or if my research is accurate?

Illegal Sale or Possession of Prescription Drugs -- CGS § 21a-108

The drug is NOT required to be a controlled substance. It is illegal to sell or possess ANY drug requiring a prescription.

Just down a 24 oz energy drink beforehand. Same ingredients that increase blood flow there and in pre workout mixes as are in ED drugs.

Yep, and stay awake all night. And most of the next day. It's not the same ingredients. There a reason it takes a prescription to get those items.
