Read the section about viaticals on FreeAdvice.com under Insurance Law. I personally have not heard of Page but I do know MANY VIATICAL COMPANIES AND BROKERS have been defrauding consumers by selling "investments in viaticals" fraudulently, and others are ripping off policyholders by buying policies for pennies on the dollar, and others are defrauding insurance companies and investors by getting people to buy new policies by lying about their health, and then selling the policies.
