What is the name of your state? Minnesota and California!

What is the law with 'video taping people using public library equipment' or 'library staff operating their equipment' if they give me permission? If I ask them and they give me there permission, then there shouldn't be any problems right?

What happens if a child or young adult walk into the video taping? What is the name of your state?

There have been several questions posed on this forum already about video taping. Check out other threads for the answers you need. There is information on privacy laws and videos.
And WHO you get the video equipment from really has no bearing on who or what you can videotape.
