I'm a collector of antique cars (Ford), and am an avid photographer. I have made (gift) my family a calendar of my favorite photographs - and now have been approached by others (friends of my family) to purchase my calendar I put together. The title of my calendar is FordLoyalist - 2013

2 questions

1. Does my title violate the trademark of Ford?
2. On each month, I have the name Ford xxx model listed - is that an issue? Do I need to contact Ford Motor Company to ask for permission?

Thanks in advance -

You do not need Ford's permission to publish photos of their cars nor to use their trademarks in a purely descriptive fashion to describe the photos.

The use of Ford in the title, might be problemantic if there is any liklihood that they would confuse you as being affiliated with Ford or they are arguing their disputed mark.
