violating probation?

hello. 2 years ago i was charged with 23153(b) misdemeanor dui w/ injuries. im on informal probation.

just yesterday i got a ticket for 41.27 (c) in California. from my understanding. this is a wobbler which can be a misdemeanor or infraction.

what will happen? is that considered violating my probation?

you need to check your probation terms or conditions first.

for informal probation you MAY be fine, if there is no "no alcohol" restrictions on your probation.

but anyway your best bet is to minimize this ticket to infraction, not to misdemeanor.
