What is the name of your state? NY State

I have a tenant who signed an agreement for a studio apartment that is allowed only one tenant. They have moved in a roommate. Do I have any other legal recourse other than eviction? Can I call the police over noise and have this roomate removed from the premises as they are arowdy duo.
Thank you..
