Violation Of Custody Order

California .....I have a order as of now that I have every other weekend visitation starting on fridays at 6pm to monday 6pm. Well our order doesn't specify a vacation. But my ex decided to go and take my kids and he let me know yesterday that i wont be getting them on my friday. Normally I would agree to a vacation with notice but i never agreed. He also alienated my kids from me for 2 and half months and ive only had them once and that was 2 weekends ago. Besides reporting it when 6pm comes, do i do anything else during my time since he isnt going to be back for my visit at all?

Fourth, what evidence do you have that he alienated the children from you?

Ok Im new to this site and forums in general, so you gotta bare with me while I will figure out how to fix the multiple thread issue. I was told by sheriff department and numerous of other people that once he violates the order, i was to call the sheriffs and make a report.
Your third question im not completely sure what that is. To your 4th question, very long story and it started with things like the bad mouthing and lying about what they were doing so he cld keep them on my days. Eventually he had my 11 year old convinced I was the bad guy. So one day ahe was grounded for her actions, she went and said how she didnt want to live with me and not come back, he added to it or he made it all up himself, and Than he filed a emerg temp order based on child abuse, which was false but some reason the judge we had never been in front of granted it based on this looong declaration he lied through his teeth in. No proof no evidence. Just his words. The order was i cld have supervised visits at a place in my city Until court which was a little over a month later.

It was for both my kids, and the whole time he wld not let me talk to them or even go to the hospital when my daughter was admitted. My youngest was telling her friends at school that he told them i wont see them bc i have to pay $100 and i dont want to. And i never call etc. He never did the supervised visits. Once court we had to wait another 3 weeks for the judges order and again never let me talk or see them. All this goes along with A LOT of bad mouthing.

If he is denying visitation this early into things, then yes, you need to file for contempt...you need to nip this in the bud.

BUT this is our third order, when we went to court the second time, the mediator told us to absolutely do not come back to court over violations to just document everything. So i did. Than he pulled this, than we went to medation again, she did not want to see or hear what i had. She didnt give me a chance for anything. I was bashed for a gofund i set up after he filed temp order bc i wasnt financially able to get an attorney. But bc i had mentioned the words abuse and bully when describing my relationship with him, and didnt mention names, than I was a bad mom and immature. Ok yea probably, but at that moment all that was on my mind was finding a way to fight this. But than the order came back as i only get them every other weekend. Thats it. Over that?? He did worse, and i had evidence of their attendance record that they missed 25 plus days on his time. He moves out of the county againest the order, medatior says owell, and now with this order its not on there and i have to drive 45 min to get them when i obey the order and stay right by my kids school and ive moved twice in 6 years. He disregards the order and he thinks hes above the law but bc im horrible at explaining myself and he is a damn good liar and puts on a good show may be why i get what i get.

Well, then you need to thoroughly document every violation, and save your money so that next time you have an attorney.

Im sorry i didnt add, Everytime and this time i DID have an attorney and this is still what I got. Im most likely on my own this next one.

But the original question, when i call to report this evening, do i call again when he doesnt have them to me everyday I don't have them on my time?

And what would that be? There is definitely more to it, its a long ass story. Its only been 6 years of hell.
