If your consumer credit file has been wilfully damaged and you have failed to
get it fixed through no fault of yours, consider filing a lawsuit under FCRA.

Case in Point, RIO Hotel/casino (a division of Harrahs) was found guilty of
defamation, libel, intentional/wilfully damaging a patron's consumer credit
file and refused to correct it. Rio was ordered to pay millions in damages.

Case #02-A-456137-C Clark County District court.
FCRA is a federal law enabling you to file in any state you live in if you have
been harmed.
