What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
I recently took my dgtr to the pediatrician. The following day someone from the pediatrician's ofc called to inform me that they needed to call in her prescription to the pharmacists of my choice.
The problem is the telephone # they called is a # that I have asked them (repeatedly) to change because a parent cannot be reached at that telephone # anymore. The # belongs to my dgtr's step-mom (she is not permitted to receive any info. concerning my dgtr's health).
I know that information about her condition was given to the step-mom (because of a comment that was made by my dgtr's father. If he did not know what her condition was, he would not have been able to make such a comment about her condition).
What should I do about this matter?
