Instead of following through with a protection order, I agreed to a temporary custody agreement with a no contact provision. We are only supposed to talk in regards to visitation.

My husband called me today at work to tell me that if we go to court that I will never get the children. Then he called again to say more at home. I hung up. He called back and I handed the phone to the children and he got my five year old to ask me to talk. I then started to immediately hang up every time he called. He called me at home a total of 16 times until I finally took the phone off the hook.

My lawyer is out of town until next week. Is there anything I can do? Would it be wrong of me to call his lawyer to ask him to tell my husband to stop? Or should I just wait this all out until my lawyer returns?
