In Indiana, If you have a warrant for your arrest for not notifying your probation officer (probation officer from a previous DUI 'C' misdemeanor case) of a charge of leaving the scene of an accident that you did not cause (out of ignorance it was against the law) and no one was hurt and now you have a pending court case for this reason). Will this violate your probation and what is the chances you will have to serve your original sentence of the DUI charge.
