long island ny. My husband is on probation for DWI. He works a couple of days a week out of state, so they told him he is violating probation. also because they wanted him to go to a counselor. he completed a 3o dAY IN PATIENT PROGRAM FOR ALCOHOL. The probation dept, claims he may serve jail time for this?? please advise

If he did not clear working out of state with his officer, then guess what? He violated probation!
