My darling soon to be ex-wife initially tried to get me to pay separation to the tune of 300 a month for 9 years because I had the audacity to leave just because she had an affair.
After informing her and her lawyer that if it was not a quick, no liability divorce, I was going to counter sue, I received a document in the mail citing "a vinculo matrimonii"
My question is this: Does this make it so that she can still claim damages from me or is it over and done with?
