What is the name of your state? We are in KY but order is in VA and BM is now in Maine

I am still learning about "Virtual Visitation" We are going to try and get this in our order since BM is moving from VA to Maine. My question is how does a court enforce this when there is no law governing it? So if we have problems with it do we go to court like we would of when she had supervised(which is what she has but we want to change to virtual and she agrees) It would still be monitored cause she had supervised(does it need to be writen that it needs to be monitored?or is that ovious cause her only rights have been supervised. Thanks for any insight on this, greatly appreciated.

So you are saying that you are the custodial parent, living in KY with the child, and mom is the non-custodial parent, with supervised visitation who is currently living in VA but will be moving to Maine?

If so, and both of you are in agreement to giving her virtual visitation, then why is it necessary to get it incorporated into the orders? If you are like most people, your computer is kept in a common area of the home, therefore it can be monitored without it even being obvious that it is being monitored.

Well, then write up an amendment to your original agreement, both of you sign off on it, and submit it to the court for the judges signature. That will make it enforceable by the court.
