Dear Lana,

I have a Valid H1 from company A. Company B wants to hire me. So as i know it, it have to file for a new H1. But H1 cap for FY2005 is already reached now. My question is, does the cap apply for existing H1-B holders too?

No, the cap does NOT apply to existing H-1B holders.
