What is the name of your state? Ca.

We filed Chap. 13 in Sept.

One of our creditors was Capitol One.

Now Capitol One is sending us Visa Platinum card offers.

Although I definetly don't want to persue these offers...my husband sees the need to have a card available for unforseen emergencies that may occur with having our own business.

My question is:

What "hidden" agenda might Capitol One have, if we were to apply or if our application was accepted?

If approved, to what degree, if any,
would it involve our trustee or attorney?

Thanks,
Ojela

"What "hidden" agenda might Capitol One have, if we were to apply or if our application was accepted?"
*** One thing that they are reported to do is to give you a new credit card, as long as you confirm transferring your previous debt to it.... thereby renewing the debt.

"If approved, to what degree, if any,
would it involve our trustee or attorney?"
*** Since we don't know your full financial condition, ask them.
