I posted a few questions earlier today and didn't get an answer that I need for one. For background info, please look at my prev. post.
We live in GA, husband & his x have joint custody of son, but he lives w/us full time except she gets visits one weekend per month. She lives in NC & order currently states a who is responsible for transportation each month. Drive is 6 hours one-way.
Non custodial mother is marrying & moving to PA which will make the trip 13+hours one way. Currently there is no provision for airline travel b/c my stepson was only 4 at time order was written. Now he's 7 and we have no problem agreeing to it. However, what is the typical visitation schedule/arrangement for when a non custodial parent moves away? How frequent are visits? Our situation is much more complicated than the typical, but I need a baseline to start with.
