I have sole custody of my 3yr old daughter. Her father dropped her off from visitation with bruises on her arm. She said he squeezed her real hard. (I went to children services but they aren't doing anything). He didn't tell me what happened because he said he doesn't have to. Is this true? How much is he required to tell me since I have sole custody? Can he take her to a hospital without my permission? Also, he has become very religious and I do not want him pushing his beliefs on my daughter. Do I have a say in this?
I have another question about visitation. He has standard. How late can he be dropping her off before I can do anything? and What can I do? He is often late picking her up and dropping her off. I have been keeping a log. Thanks for the advice in advance.
