WI-My ex and I are having personal issues. I share custody of my 3 year old son, however my ex has primary placement. When we split up we set up visitation among ourselves. Recently there was a confrontation initiated by my ex and now she refuses to let me see my son on the day's we had initially agreed upon. I love my son and want to be involved in his life. What should I do.

There is no court ordered visitation. We set it up among ourselves. I have arraged a meeting with a mediator this Tuesday to help eleviate our issues. But if this doesn't work, how do I go about getting a court order.

Yes, I am paying child support through child services.
I am always amazed at people who have gone through the process for c/s yet they still have no court order for visitation....
...anyway...you need to go back to court and have a parenting/visitation schedule put in place...I do not know the in's and out's of your state hopefuly someone (like maybe BB)will come and assist you further

After reading the other post the OP should know and be prepared to defend himself (or attempt) on that battery charge when filing for visitation and don't be surprised when mom asks for supervised visits and it's granted.
