I was researching the law regarding modifying a NCP's visitation schedule, and I found that one of the conditions that a MN court will consider when asked to revise a visitation schedule is the "repeated failure to return the child at the designated time."

I am wondering if this applies to chronically returning the child early? If you can provide documentation that the NCP is never keeping the child for the full visit, could this be grounds to order less visitation?

Well, it depends on how you argue it. Is it "bringing them back on time" or "don't care, just want them away from me".

Get a lawyer and see where it goes. Remember keep track of all times, question your kids about why they were brought home, but not to be accusatory or harassing.
