Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy of the Okaloosa County FL standard child visitation guidelines for non-custodial parent? We have been told that the guidelines will give us all information we seek but I've been unable to locate the guidelines.

One place would be the courthouse. Go to the clerk's office and look up a divorce case where kids were involved. Then give the clerk the case number and ask to see the file. Some clerks can get pretty snippy about letting the general public see divorce cases so that may not work.

also it depends on the age of the child (under 3, over 3)
