What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I currently have a pending visitation modification that we have a court date for later this month. I recently found out that my work schedule is changing and I need to change my weekday visitation from Wed to Thurs. I contacted my ex about this, and she refuses to be flexible and agree prior to court. What I am wondering is what do I file to make an amendment to the pending petition? I am familiar with the filing process as I have been prose for a couple years, but I am not sure how to title an additional request to the pending motion.

You have SEVERAL existing threads on this matter. Post this in one of them, stop starting new ones.

Sorry for "bothering" you ... can you point me in the right direction for that? I didn't know it was such A BIG DEAL to ask a damn question!

They're your threads, go to your profile and find them. Don't start multiple threads about the same situation, simple guideline. Posters shouldn't have to hunt for your history.

I looked through my posts and didn't see anything pertaining to this question. If you have time to comb through every posters threads, have at it ... I was simply asking a question. I'm not sure you actually read the question, or if you jumped to conclusions and assumed it was already covered. Either way, I am looking for advice, not smart ass remarks about the process on this message board. If you don't want to provide some advice, then just don't reply ... I won't be offended.

Thanks!

Very funny guys ... didn't expect to get harassed on a free forum. What is the difference if I post the same question in a prior thread or a new one?!? I am just confused on how things got so side tracked from the original question??

Please don't start multiple threads on the same subject. I understand this may not be the same question, but it is the same subject.

Sorry to cause any problems, I'm not on here every day. Just figured it was easy enough to start a new thread. Point taken for future reference.

Easy enough for you, I suppose.

But the advisors want the whole story: what if there's a restraining order, for example? ANY facts can have bearing on later questions. Why should WE do the searching in order to help YOU?

Of course, if you're going to be snippy to the volunteers and swear at them, you can hire an attorney to take your {insert polite word here.}
