I live in Florida. My daughters father and I are not married. We live apart due to his domestic violence. The court did not grant me a permanent restraining order. There is no court ordered custody or visitation. Child support lables me as the custodial parent. This summer she is not in after school care and her father will not come to my home to pick her up. I said he could. He wants me to drop her off at his home and pick her up at his home. I am tired of still having him try to control me. I always pick her up at his home during the school year and he always picks her up from school or aftercare. His lawyer told him to treat me like I had a restraining order against him and he will not negotiate with me and says I am denying him this visitation rights. I also want to move out of the same town maybe up to 3 hours away in the same state. What should I do? My daughter needs and likes her visits.

You need to go to court and get visitation/custody established. You can include that he provide half of transportation cost.
