What is the name of your state?oh

I know that it is contempt against cp if visitation is denied. My question is that if child is home during the time of pickup for visitation to begin is ncp legally allowed to take child if cp or child says "no." Thanks.

busybee04-What does the court order say regarding visitation? How long has it been since you have seen your child?

court order says visitation is every other weekend, holiday, four weeks summer vacation, etc. other than that it only states pickup and drop off times and they are to be prompt and done with respect for one another. Visitation has been regular other than cp had child all of August for summer vacation.

Absolutely. If the NCP wants to exercise his/her ordered time, s/he is legally allowed to do so. ANY interference or denial of that time is considered contempt.

How many contempt of courts(denied visitation) does it usually take to have a judge see the light and finally change custody? Also, Stealth you said any interference is contempt. So when ncp had to sit at police station for two hours to get child for the rest of summer vacation that would be considered contempt right?
