my boyfriend is in prison in kansas. his baby's mom will not let him see their child until he puts the mom on his visitation list. he wants nothing to do with the mom but he desperately wants to see his child. can the mother legally deny him visitation? there is a grandmother in the picture that is able to take the child to see his father.
