My brother and his wife have recently seperated and plan to divorce. His wife lives in Texas and he has moved to Arkansas and plans to remain in the state of Arkansas. He does not intend to ask for custody of his children but there is a question in regard to his bringing the children across state lines during his time of visitation. What are his rights? One child is three and the other is nine. The drive between the two locations would be about 1 1/2 hours. Also, since he just moved to Arkansas, does he need to immediately establish residency before he pursues the divorce and visitation arrangements? Thank you!
