If my ex stops following the court ordered visitation schedule, would that be considered contempt of court? What should I do about it?

My ex took me to court to get a visitation schedule - one night a week plus weekends. The schedule was followed for a time. However, for the past two months, my ex stopped seeing the kids during the week and about eight hours Saturday during the day. This is very frustrating..... my ex takes me to court to establish visitation, I take time off from work to go to court, I take time off to take my kids to an evaluator ( as well as myself ). AND, after all of that, the ex just decides to do whatever he wants.

You cannot make him exercise the visitation, nor can you deny visitation. Therefore, you should have the children available each time his visitation is scheduled, and document such so that he cannot claim that you are denying visitation.
