What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I am currently dating a divorced man, he has partial custody of his remaining child. He gets times and days when he is allowed to visit with his daughter but his daughter resides with the xe-wife. His ex-wife and 3 childeren were involved in an accident approximately 3 years ago, I commented to her recently about the accident via text message. Something to the effect of it being her fault and that she was a bad mom for not trying to save his childeren more than she did. Things like that. Is there a way that she can return to court to try and take his visitation away from him or restrict it becasue of something I have said to her?

Oh she can absolutely - and frankly, should - go to court and have YOU restricted from being around her child. What you said was unforgivable and disgusting. How dare you.

How dare you. Restrict him? Not necessarily> Restricting you from polluting the child with your abusive nature -- possible. How dare you do this. You are no one but the female that sleeps with dad. You are pathetic.

I thought for a split second I'd over-reacted.

There are no words for how incredibly disgusting you are. Plan on a RO preventing you from have contact with this child, and hopefully Dad will dump your nasty, hateful self to the curb.

That's right Kelly...Which is why you are barred from having contact with your child by the courts.

Ever hear of the saying "Those that live in glass houses should not throw stones"? ;)

Wow. This even makes me appreciate my kids' stepmom. If your "man" had any balls at all, he'd kick you to the curb immediately. How DARE you think you have anything to say in the matter?

You have got to be one of the biggest (insert word here that would get me banned) I have ever seen post on this forum. Oh, and don't come back with "but you don't understand, it's TRUE because she (insert what you think mom could/should have done differently)" Doesn't matter. What YOU did was 100% cruel, immature and inappropriate and I hope mom figures out a way to keep you away from that poor child. And if your boyfriend KNOWS what you did and still keeps you around, he's just as rotten of a human being as you!

Am I overreacting?
