I have primary physical custody of our 4 year old daughter with her mother having visitaion every other weekend. Her mother moved about 50 miles away a year ago but we both live in AZ. In our court order the papers say both parties are to split transportation costs and expenses 50-50. I'm willing to pay for gas one way, but she insists that I drive 50 miles to drop off our daughter on Fridays. I'm I obligated to physically take her there or just to pay 50% of the cost? After all she's the one that chose to move 50 miles away.
