NJ- My son currently ives with me. Dad is supposed to have visitatation every other weekend per our divorce agreement. Visitation is very sporadic. I really feel that my son is at an age where he needs to spend time with his father and I am in desperate need of mental health time. Do I have any recourse in enforcement of his visitation requirements?

Additionally, as a last resort, if I need to give up residential custody of my son to his dad (for health reason) what must I do?

you cannot force visitation on the ncp

as far as giving custodial custody to the ncp, he has to be willing and you modify the original agreement and a judge will decide.

good luck
