What is the name of your state?Connecticut

MY sister ran away approxminately 8 months ago and has new guardians and all..MY parents do not want me to see my sister. What would happen if i left for a few hours to see her? I think i have every right to see my sister, please help..

If you are a minor living at home, you could get grounded. If there is a court order forbidding contact, you could get arrested.

There is probably a LOT more to this. You don't just run away from home and get new guardians.

Um, I'm not going to run away to go get guardians. I'm jsut asking if it's legal for me to see my sister. There is no restraining order or anything. Thanks a lot for your help..

Poster, you can't do anything your parents don't want you to do. It's really that simple. I know it's not what you wanted to hear.
