I was visiting my friends in Austin Texas, then on November 30th I got arrested and charged with DWI. I was released from jail on a $2000 bail bond. I got my B1/B2 visa, my I-94, and a Texas Driver's License. Right now, I'm forced to stay in the United States to report every week with the bails bond people. My question is: since I can't work in the States, and I can't go back to Mexico, how I'm I supposed to pay the fines and do community service, if I'm not a citizen of the united states nor a permanent resident.
Is there a special treatment for legal Mexican national???
thanks for your time.
