I live in the state of Nevada with my boyfriend and he went to Arizona for visit a family member who was in a car accident, while there he received tickets involving marijuana. The date on one ticket is in January, can be return back home to Nevada to work and live until his court date?

Was he given any kind of judicial order to remain in AZ until trial?

If he was issued a ticket by a cop and was never arraigned in a court it is no different than a speeding ticket as far as his ability to travel is concerned.

If he had to go to court and travel restrictions were put into place he would likely know it and it would be on his bail release paperwork.
