my husband has a four year old daughter, which he has only seen two times. we have went to a lawyer to get visition rights for her, we were told to contact the mother to set up a time to see her. everytime we call to want to see her, her mother comes up with every excuse. within a year we are suppse to have her every other weekend. in october it will be a year. we do not want to go back to a lawyer. what do we need to do?

If you ask for visitation and the mother says no, then you go back to court. A judge is the only person who can tell her otherwise.
