I was given court orders to visit my son supervised for six months in the town of his residence. After that I was ordered to visit with him for six months unsupervised in his town of residence. Finnaly, after that was completed I was ordered to visit with him one weekend a month of my choice till the final divorce date.
I have showed up religously for the first three months and my sons mother would never show up or decide to leave the visitation early. I have recored a few of these occations with police reports. However, I did not document all of the times. Further, after a few months of my son's mother not showing up and the police not doing anything other that recording it, I have not traveled the three hour trip for quit awhile. About a month ago I have asked to visit with my son and still no visitation. Do I still have a foot to stand on in court with the few police reports of my son's mother not following the orders. I understand that I have not showed up to all of the visitations, but she has side stepped the orders so much I really do not even understand where I am in the court orders anymore. Do I follow the schedule of which I would get him monthly for a weekend. Or do I wait for the final hearing for the judge to deal with it. Or do I do like my son's mother had planned all a long and do supervised visitation for another four months and risk her not showing up anymore.
